NextGen has a 10,000 sq-ft state-of-the-art fabrication, assembly, and test facility with the following resources:

• Fully-equipped, state-of-the-art CNC machines, lathes, drilling machines, grinders, and other equipment
• Computer systems and software which directly transfer CAD models to CNC instructions
• Capability to fabricate and machine composites and metals
• High-end laser-based measurement system to check tolerances and dimensions
• Demonstrated expertise in developing wind tunnel models (rigid, aeroelastic, inlet, etc.) and pole-test models
• Fabrication of structurally integrated antennas
• Fabrication, integration, and testing of piezo-hydraulic actuators

NextGen employees at this facility have over 100 man-years of relevant experience obtained primarily at the major aerospace companies. NextGen also has ongoing design, fabrication, assembly, and test (laboratory, wind tunnel and flight) subcontracts from Lockheed-Martin, Boeing, and Northrop Grumman.
